Tech Support: Unable to add an email address

    I have an email address in the format like xxxx.x.xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com that I am unable to add. I've tried it lots of times and I'm sure the password I'm entering is correct. I'm getting the error message "That email & password combination isn't valid. Please try again."

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Search through the forums it makes mention of a bug that sound similar to your issue
