    Why am I unable to set my security lock? I had it all set and then today for some reason when I pressed the key to unlock it, I didn't even have to type in a password. It said that the security lock was "off." I've tried about 20 times to reset this, but I keep getting the same message that the network is unavailable and that there is trouble communicating with the Peek Servers. What am I doing wrong? I've turned it off and back on, but that didn't seem to help. I have a good signal...no red X.

    We're currently experiencing an outage.

    If you're running Pronto, please set your vibrate to High, then turn your Peek off/on, if it does not stay on High, that means the settings were not saved.

    Give us a call at 1-877-677-7335 (PEEK), and we will fix it.

    I set the vibrate to High, then turned it off and on. It still didn't work. I called the number and was told that it was a malfunction of the device itself and didn't have anything to do with the outage. Why would this just now be acting up?

    Honestly, you probably just noticed. Hard to say.

    It's a known issue with *some* Peek Pronto's where as the settings don't save.

    That's probably true. I did notice that once or twice it shut off during the day, but I just attributed that to the fact that it wasn't getting any kind of signal because of the location of my room at work. I'm going to call and make arrangements to have it sent in to be fixed. Thanks again for helping me.
