    I set up my new Peek earlier today. It worked great to begin with, but around 7 pm EDT I lost the capacity to send or receive e-mail. I reset the Peek and tried to re-set it up, but it has given me the consistent error "Oops, we're having trouble communicating with the Peek Servers."

    Is there an outage, or do I have some other problem? (SW version 1.04.)

    @demiurgent - This error is mostly caused by coverage/sim provisioning issues.

    Please give us a call at 1-877-677-7335 (PEEK), and we'll find out!

    @tmel - I am having this problem after the pronto upgrade. I have tried the upgrade twice and still no dice. Any suggestions?

    Yep that is the one I used. I did one and it worked fine, but when I do mine for some reason it doesn't want to act right. I will try again and report with the results. Thanks!
