    Try this:

    To: 246246
    Subject: 1
    SEND

    Doing this should return a message from AIM asking for your aim screen name and password.

    I'm wondering if this works on Pronto/1.09 with the enhanced sms text support.

    AIM TXT gives you access to AIM by sending simple text message commands to 246246. Just enter 246246 in the TO: field of your text message and then an AIM command from the list below in the message body. It's that easy :)

    The full AIM TXT menu will be sent to your phone after you send 'login' to 246246 and reply with your Screen Name and password:

    5 away

    No response at all. My guess is that the message doesn't actually make it to that number, because it doesn't have an actual email address associated with it so the gateway gets confoozled.

    @norova - Your right, it's late...I totally missed that.

    We can't text to a short code...so I don't think this will work. :-(

    Hmmmm. O-Well. I was wondering if it would work. Thanks for trying, perhaps PEEK will support short code soon.
