    Hi!

    First, the email problems

    1. I have not been able to receive email from my Hotmail acct for several days. I haven't changed the password. I can receive the email on my desktop without problem. My email program is set to leave the mail on the server, so that is not the problem. Besides, I receive several messages overnight when my desktop is off and the Peek is the first thing I check. Even if there was a glitch in the email program (Outlook 2007) the program hasn't had a chance to process any email. I can receive all the email messages from my other two accounts without problem.

    2. I have sent a few messages lately from my university account, not my Hotmail acct, which either arrive 12-14 hours later or not at all. I've checked with the university and they say that there are no disruptions with their servers. In fact, one of the emails I sent a few days ago was requesting some help from Peek. Since I've never received a response, I assume that the message was never received. On Monday afternoon I sent an email that arrived stamped as being sent on Tuesday morning. I was not in a low signal area at the time, nor in the intervening hours.

    And then, I have a few suggestions, please.

    1. Could we please receive slightly longer emails without them being truncated? I am getting emails chopped that are 84 kB long. That seems too small to be chopped like that.

    2. I would like to be able to put accents over vowels, like in words such as cliché. There doesn't seem to be any way to do this.

    3. Could we please have a way to zoom a jpg attachment, or failing that, have a way to rotate the photo in order to maximize the screen use? Most photos are impossibly small to view.

    And finally, I have a question about the free month for being referred by another Peek user. They have never received their two free months and I'm not certain that I have received my single free month. How long does this credit take to appear?

    What is going on? After having no email from my Hotmail acct for over a week, now I'm getting 2,3,4 and even 5 copies of each email.

    I think something is happening with the Peek servers. This is getting VERY annoying.

    Thanks. Solved my problem. Canceled the Peek service and bought a Blackberry. Anyone want to buy a slightly used Pronto? I have two of them.
