    After getting locked out of my work account for the last day and a half, I have winnowed the problem to having the symbol & in my password. After changing my password to include another symbol, everything worked perfectly. Changing it back to one with & locks me back out again. If someone at Peek can confirm this, then please post this in your general guidance for using OWA.

    Rich - we do have a bug with symbols on passwords with OWA. We plan on having it fixed in the next couple of weeks.

    Sorry about that. We know how important it is to have a secure password with symbols etc. and will get that working.

    Gabe,

    Just had to change another password, and it looks like the symbol + also doesn't work. Any idea of when the password/symbol bug will be fixed?
