    Once again, Peek not downloading. Very frustrating and time consuming. Seems to occur more on and around weekends.

    Anyone else with this problem today? This device is more trouble than it's worth!

    What email client are you using it could be that and not the Peek. I wouldn't bad mouth Peek before exploring all my options they do nothing buyt help. Just a personal opinion and no mine works fine :)

    Then, you, dgoins1, are one of the lucky ones. I have had my email delayed all day. If this were the first time that this happened, I wouldn't complain, but the service is spotty.

    The day started out with my email being 20 minutes delayed. I have a Peek Pronto, which is supposed to use push technology, so I would expect a 5-10 minute delay at most. Now, the time lag is stretching out to an hour or more.

    I have good reception here, too, in case you are wondering. And, no, my email program leaves all mail on the server, so that's not the issue, either.

    Something is seriously wrong with the Peek service, especially on the weekends. I appreciate that they are nice people, but if you can't get your email, what good is the service?

    I really would like them to succeed and I'm waiting for things to improve, but unless it does soon, I will regretfully have to cancel this service. It is far too unreliable.

    I am not "bad mouthing". I just want my Peek to work. This keeps happening.

    My comcast service started working on my Peek. My yahoo is still not downloading.

    Very disappointing to have to keep going through this. This has nothing to do with my email server. This is a Peek problem!

    My peek hasnt received a message in over 9 hours now and i know people are texting me idk what to do the peek is my only form of communication with them and its not working at all right now

    Hello at Peek tech support. Anyone there? My Yahoo hasn't downloaded in 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @wandam - I am sure you've tried this already, but it doesn't hurt.

    Go ahead and try going to Peek Manager > Device Info > Reset Peek > type in getpeek.

    This will wipe everything out, however it should offer a fresh start. Once you re-register your account, please allow 2-3 hours for everything to marinate on our end and you should begin to receive. If you do not, email me tmel@getpeek.com and I will get it looked into further.

    im getting a we cant seem to connect to our network. try again when you have coverage. message, but i have full coverage

    i cant even reset it it wont communicate with your servers to reset AHHHHHHHH
