    Hello Everyone!
Hope you all are having a good day (or night for me).
I am using GMail as my main e-mail provider and it works great with the Peek, especially every since I got the upgrade to Pronto. I only have two small questions that are currently bothering me.

The first one, I also have a college student e-mail account that sends me important information from time to time, I would love to add it to the Peek but it seems it does not like it. Anyone else have problems with Windows Live: Hotmail? When login in to the e-mail it turns to Microsoft Outlook Live, but I pretty sure it is still being run by the Hotmail server.

Also, when I open attachments (images), it seems to lately frezze on me. Not sure if it is the connection, I will test it again on Sunday (my house seems to have weird phone reception). Was not sure if it has been a regular occurence for anyone else.

Also who do I contact about subscriptions questions? I was told I would receive two free months for sending in my Peek before July 18th.

The e-mail stating, "Did you know you can upgrade your existing Peek to Peek Pronto for free? Plus, if you send your Peek in for an upgrade by July 18, we'll give you 2 months of free service ($40 value!). Get on Pronto now -- it's a zippy new version of Peek that has all these great features:".

Not the greatest concern of course, you all at customer service have been the greatest and I appreciate all the work you put into this company. Thank You.

If the college email does not have any confidential or information that cannot be forwarded, it might be possible to forward emails to a different account automatically if it is web based. If the college email is POP3 or some other format then probably not.

Images are usually scaled down, if you see the upside down curved 'u' spinning it means that it is currently processing. Unless it hard locks and you have to pull out the battery, a delay to get images is perfectly normal.

I would call Peek directly about subscription questions.

I was thinking of letting the e-mail forward to a secondary gmail account (to keep them separate), but they been having problems with POP3 and the professors will not accept any mail unless it has the @student.gsu.edu tag at the end.

Thank you for the quick reply.
(Yeah it has hard locked on me twice, again can be the connection being cut off in the middle)

@horgrathi - Shoot me an email to Care@getpeek.com with the domain name of your school, and I will take a look at it on Monday...if it's a Windows Live domain, it should be pretty simple.

Make sure to check up on your 2 free months of service in the email too, I'll be sure to check on it for you!

At what point does your Peek freeze when viewing the attachment? Initial loading? Viewing it?

Ah, well that makes sense. I was mainly on the idea of "hey I got this email I need to go to a college terminal" etc. Good luck with it, though.
